All projects are subject to separate written agreements or approved proposals. In case of any conflict,
the signed client agreement shall prevail.

5. Payments

All payments are processed via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment schedules and conditions
are outlined in each client agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client retains ownership of the final produced content.

Siblings Media LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials, approvals, and ensuring they hold rights to submitted content.
Siblings Media LLC is not liable for delays caused by the client.
